Dhruv Agarwala’s The commitment to getting in shape began in October 2021 after he had to check into a hospital during a business trip because he thought he was having a heart attack.

“My heart was racing, I was having palpitations. I felt like I was going to die,” the tech entrepreneur told al South China Morning Post. “I kept thinking, “One day I’ll lose weight, one day I’ll get in shape,” until one day I landed in a hospital emergency room. Working three times a week with a trainer Ahmad Zaki at fitness company Ultimate Performance, Agarwala began his strength training with one particular exercise: pushing a heavy sled.
